Irish Laser Assoc. Membership Cards are valid from 1st April of one year until 31st March of the following year. If an International Event falls outside the validity of the Membership Card the sailor will be charged a total of 90 Euro, part of which is a penalty for the sailor not being able to produce their valid card. It therefore makes a lot of sense to pay for the 2009/2010 ILA Membership Card before going to the International Event.
