I have to agree the training this weekend was well up to the standard fair play to them.

Fair play to them, it takes balls to put that sort of message out on a public website. If you were a race officer and made a mistake/ had a problem, think how hard it is to hold your hands up and say sorry.

i cant see why they deleted the conversation here i belive the more information they gather on the subject through means such as this message board will only help solve the problem. In Reply to the apology I am very glad to see that it has been reconised and is being delt with but i still have a few points...I defonitly think a standard should be set before people can join the squad or maybe a fairer way to do things would be to have maybe an A and a B squad so that the less expirienced sailors are not left behind and the more expireinced sailors arnt forced to coach themselves. I look forward to seeing the changes.
